There was no instructions on how to take or do we put the top back on the jar. I’m scared to taste it

Judy, We will update our note to customer. You can put the lid back on whenever you like. Just give the spirulina some fresh air if it starts to have a strong smell. Try mixing a tablespoon into a smoothie or some guac. It's delicious!

I mixed the spiraling with coconut water first thing this morning and felt great! My body definitely was lacking some minerals.
I will put it on ice cubes for spiraling water .
It definitely rejuvenated my body structure.
I am a Cancer patient feeling great now!
