Thank you for placing an order with us! Your spirulina ships frozen with colder-than-ice packs. The ice packs will thaw in transit, but the spirulina should not. Please call customer service if your spirulina arrives thawed. Place your spirulina in the freezer once it arrives.

Tear open the spirulina pod with your hands using the serrated edges on the top and bottom. No scissors necessary! Avoid repeatedly thawing and freezing your spirulina.

Your shipment is sustainably packaged. Please recycle the box and insulation. Keep the ice packs for reuse.
