Immunity Booster Juice

Anti-inflammatory components come together with spirulinas immunity boosting powers perfectly with this potent tonic. Inspired by mexican 'chia fresca' drink, make this immunity booster juice whenever you feel the need for a detox.

Ingredients

  • 1 spirulina pod
  • cups water
  • juice from 2 limes
  • 2 tbs of juiced ginger root
  • 1 tbs of juice turmeric root
  • 1/2 tbsp honey or agave
Instructions
  1. Add everything into a cup and stir
  2. Add 1 tbs of chia seeds if you want some extra texture
  3. Pour over ice and top with a slice of citrus or a sprig of mint
