Everyone's favorite green dip, now with an extra boost of protein. Your taste buds won't know the difference but your body will!
Ingredients:
- 1 pod of spirulina
- 1-2 medium sized tomatoes
- 2 small limes (juice from 2, zest from 1)
- 1 cup minced cilantro
- 1/3 cup finely minced red onion
- 1/2 chopped jalapeno
- 2 ripe avocados
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients except into a Molcajete except for a ripe avocado.
- Once everything is lightly blended together, add in the avocado flesh, leaving it slightly chunky for that authentic texture.
- Enjoy with tortilla chips or spread on some toast for a tasty breakfast!
