With spirulinas mild nutty flavor, you can squeeze a healthy serving into your day with this tasty salad dressing. Add it to your favorite salad or use as a dip for your crudités as an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 2 pods of raw spirulina
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (vegan or dairy will work)
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1 cup parsley
- 1/3 cup basil
- 1/3 cup tarragon
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 1 small shallot
- juice + zest from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Add everything to a blender or food processor and pulse until well combined.
- Season to taste.
- Serve with salad or alongside a crudite platter
Note: Make this in advance and keep for up to five days.
