Spirulina Green Goddess Salad Dressing

With spirulinas mild nutty flavor, you can squeeze a healthy serving into your day with this tasty salad dressing. Add it to your favorite salad or use as a dip for your crudités as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 pods of raw spirulina 
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vegan or dairy will work)
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/3 cup basil
  • 1/3 cup tarragon
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 1 small shallot
  • juice + zest from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a blender or food processor and pulse until well combined.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Serve with salad or alongside a crudite platter

Note: Make this in advance and keep for up to five days.
